  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  2. Add diced onions and minced garlic; stir until onions are translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

  4. Pour in beef broth along with bay leaves, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil then reduce heat to simmer.
  5. Allow stew to simmer on low heat for 1.5 to 2 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
