  • 5 oz Boursin cheese (garlic and herb flavor)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
