  • 3 cups cooked turkey (shredded)
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and mushrooms)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente (6-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat; sauté onion and garlic until translucent (3-4 minutes).
  4. In a large bowl, combine noodles, turkey, cream of mushroom soup, milk, sautéed onions, mixed vegetables, and half the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish; top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
