  • 3 Russet Potatoes (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil (or Olive Oil)
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Scrub and optionally peel the russet potatoes. Grate them using a box grater or food processor.
  3. Place grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  4. In a bowl, mix grated potatoes with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and flour until well combined.
  5. Shape mixture into small tots and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle with oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
