  • 1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, parsley, red onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, feta cheese, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Mix gently until combined.
