  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 12 hard taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 cup fresh veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños)
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water; simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
