  • 1 cup cornflakes or panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix frozen hash browns, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
