  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (unsalted)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Milk (for glaze consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish, sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture on top, followed by the remaining batter and then the rest of the cinnamon mixture. Swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with melted butter and enough milk for desired consistency; drizzle over warm cake.
