  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream or yogurt

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan lightly.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, oil, sour cream (or yogurt), and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
