  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)

  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Fold in the diced apples into the wet mixture.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  6. Transfer batter to a greased loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing.
