Baked ravioli is the ultimate comfort food, combining tender pasta pockets filled with cheese and topped with rich marinara and gooey mozzarella. This dish is perfect for busy weeknights or gathering friends and family. With minimal prep time, you can create a satisfying meal that delights everyone at the table.

Ingredients

  • 25 oz frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.
  4. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  5. Pour half of the remaining marinara over the ravioli and sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat layering with remaining ravioli, sauce, and cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil during the last 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
  8. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
