  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a homemade crust, bake for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the sliced bananas and Cool Whip until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the cooled graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Just before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup on top and add optional chopped nuts, followed by whipped cream swirls.
