  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, microwave the peanut butter and honey for about 30 seconds until warm and mix well.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats and chopped nuts until evenly coated.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan to form a base layer.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the base layer and dollop the remaining oat mixture on top, pressing gently to seal.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool before cutting into squares.
