  • 1 tube (8 oz) crescent rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • garlic powder to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or butter.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and layer them evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings.
  5. Fold in the cooked sausage or bacon, bell peppers, and onions into the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the crescent roll layer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
