  • 1 can (14 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by chopping onions and mincing garlic and ginger.
  2. Optional: Sauté onions in a skillet until golden brown. Add garlic and ginger until fragrant.
