  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pasta sauce
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 4 oz pepperoni, sliced (or any preferred meat)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into circles about 8 inches wide.
  3. In a skillet, sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted; set aside.
  4. On one half of each dough circle, layer mozzarella cheese, sautéed spinach, pepperoni, and pasta sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning; fold over to create a half-moon shape and press edges to seal.
