1 lb pizza dough
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup pasta sauce
1 cup fresh spinach
4 oz pepperoni, sliced (or any preferred meat)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into circles about 8 inches wide.
In a skillet, sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted; set aside.
On one half of each dough circle, layer mozzarella cheese, sautéed spinach, pepperoni, and pasta sauce.
