Cheesesteak sliders are a mouthwatering crowd-pleaser that combines juicy ground beef, melty provolone cheese, and sautéed veggies nestled in soft slider buns.   • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 8 soft slider buns
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers along with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; sauté until the vegetables soften (about 5 minutes).
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish and layer with the beef mixture.
  4. Top with provolone slices until fully covered.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on top; brush with melted butter for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until heated through and tops are golden brown.
