  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound until about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Lay out pounded chicken; add one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on each breast. Roll tightly.
  4. Set up a dredging station: plate with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, bowl with beaten eggs, and plate with breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each rolled chicken piece in flour, then egg wash, followed by breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
