  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown all over, turning gently with tongs.
