  • 1 cup fresh celery, chopped
  • 1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
