  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
