  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Flip and baste with sauce, cooking for another 6-7 minutes.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and a lemon wedge.
