  • 1/4 cup gochujang
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Marinate the chicken in half of the sauce for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight).
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of oil. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken for the last few minutes of cooking to enhance flavor.
  6. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions.
