  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions (plus an additional ½ cup for topping)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the green beans under cool water, trim the ends, and cut them into 1-inch pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir until well coated.
  4. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and pour the mixture evenly into it.
  5. Sprinkle one cup of crispy fried onions on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and hot throughout. Remove from the oven, add another half cup of fried onions on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
