  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Chop the onion and bell pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
