  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the lettuce and tomatoes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water; stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
