  • 4 cups cooked wide egg noodles
  • 2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion for about 5-7 minutes; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked egg noodles and mix well.
  4. Incorporate the cream of mushroom soup until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  5. Layer half of the mixture into the baking dish, sprinkle with half of the cheese, then add the remaining mixture on top. Finish with the rest of the cheese.
