  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and olive oil; mix until smooth.
  4. Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.
  5. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat; sear the chicken thighs skin-side down for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  6. Flip the chicken and pour the sauce over them; let it bubble.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Baste halfway through cooking.
