  • 1 egg (for ricotta mixture)

Instructions

  1. Set your instant pot to sauté mode and heat a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Add ground meat, cooking until browned (5-7 mins). Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce and heat through.
  4. Layer ingredients: start with sauce, then noodles, ricotta mixture (ricotta + egg), and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Finish with remaining marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella and Parmesan.
