Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F) or oven to 400°F.
