  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes until cheese melts.
  6. Return shrimp to the skillet with chopped parsley; toss to coat in the sauce.
