Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole is a comforting and delicious dish that transforms frozen cheese ravioli into a creamy, cheesy masterpiece.   • 24 oz frozen cheese ravioli
  • 10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, Italian seasoning, and water until combined.
  3. Gently fold in the frozen ravioli until well coated.
  4. Layer half of the ravioli mixture in the prepared dish and top with half of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. If using spinach, add it on top of the first layer of cheese before adding the remaining ravioli mixture.
  6. Finish by sprinkling the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
