  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme or rosemary
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
