  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ cup milk (or almond milk)
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pipe batter into greased donut pan cavities about halfway full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. For the glaze: whisk powdered sugar with enough milk for a smooth consistency. Dip each donut in the glaze.
