  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by finely chopping the garlic and onion.
  2. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Sear the seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté chopped onions and garlic until fragrant (2-3 minutes).
