  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or 1/2 cup frozen)
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. If using fresh spinach, sauté it in a pan until wilted; drain and chop the artichokes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and half of both cheeses until smooth.
  4. Fold in the spinach and artichokes until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
