  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced)
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushroom caps with a damp paper towel and remove the stems; set aside.
