  • 8 oz sushi-grade fish (salmon or tuna), diced
  • 4 nori sheets, torn into pieces

  • 2 tbsp Japanese mayo (Kewpie)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked sushi rice, cream cheese, fish, green onions, sriracha, and mayo until combined.
