  • ½ cup mayonnaise (preferably Kewpie)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (optional)

  • 2 green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sushi Rice: Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook as per package instructions (15-20 minutes) until tender and sticky.
  2. Mix Crab Filling: In a bowl, combine imitation crab meat, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sriracha. Mix gently until well coated.
