  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 12 jalapeños, diced (optional)
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
