  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 can (12 oz) chunk light tuna in water, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, drained tuna, cream of mushroom soup, half of the cheddar cheese, frozen peas, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and optional breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
