  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup colorful bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
