  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup milk or cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ground sausage, cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Gradually add milk or cream until you achieve a slightly sticky dough.
  4. Shape the mixture into balls about one inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
