  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), diced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • 1 egg + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook chopped chicken in a skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
  2. Add minced garlic, chopped onion, and diced bell pepper; sauté for 5 minutes until softened. Mix in cumin and paprika.
  3. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into 4-inch circles. Place a tablespoon of filling on each circle.
  4. Fold the pastry over to form half-moons; seal edges with a fork. Brush with egg wash.
  5. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
